Policies

PAYMENTOnce I receive the order request, I will check and confirm if I am available to bake and deliver the cake for the requested date and time. After confirmation, I require the payment to be made via e-transfer to [email protected].Please put your first and last name (as seen in this form) in the message area for your transfer.Note: I require 50% of the total order amount within 24 hours after I have confirmed the order request. If not, the order request will be cancelled and the spot will be given to the next in line. The remaining 50% of the total order amount must be received at least 7 days before the order delivery date.TERMS AND CONDITIONSBy placing the order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.1. Exact replica of colours cannot be guaranteed. I use vegetable dyes (no artificial flavours), so the choice of colours and their intensity is limited to an extent. I am open to using artificial colours upon request.2. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. If the order did not meet your requirements, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide a detailed description of issues and any photos as needed. I will try to address any issue to the best of my ability.3. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the delivery date. If not, no refund cannot be issued.4. Orders cannot be modified within 3 days of the order delivery date.5. Additional decorative items as part of the requested theme (e.g., toys, flowers, etc.) incur additional cost. You can also bring your own decorative items, but they can only be added at the time of cake delivery.6. The prices shown in the order request form are the MINIMUM price for the cake. Depending on your other choices (e.g., theme, delivery type, etc.), additional charges may be applied to the final price. The final price will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.7. Storage: Butter cream cakes are good to eat for 3 days and Mousse cakes are good to eat for 2 days. Both of them must stay refrigerated.8. Please mention your food allergies in the order request form. Note that cross-contamination is still possible. I won't be held responsible for any adverse reactions to my product if I am not informed of dietary restrictions or allergies during the order placement.
